Nautobot OS Upgrades¶

An App for Nautobot, built by Network to Code.

Overview¶

OS Upgrades is a commercial (licensed) Nautobot App that allows network operators to configure and run workflows within Nautobot that upgrade the operating systems of their managed network devices, with optional pre and post change operational state checks.

To get started, check out the Installation Guide. You can then follow the Getting Started guide, or explore practical Use Cases to see how to integrate OS Upgrades into your automation pipeline.

The OS Upgrades App provides a set of Nautobot Jobs that perform the upgrade process itself and updates objects in Nautobot.

Use the "Execute OS Upgrade Workflow" job to execute the complete workflow.

The above job comes with an improved results view that allows you to visualize the orchestrated flow as it performs its work.
