Create an Ansible AWX Instance¶

Ansible and AWX are network automation staples. With Nautobot Cloud, turning your Nautobot instance into a powerful automation hub is as easy as creating a new instance.

Find your Ansible AWX Instances¶

Navigate to the Ansible AWX section in the left-hand menu. This will bring you to the list of existing Ansible AWX instances, if any.

Create a New Ansible AWX Instance¶

To create an instance, click the Create button in the center of the page and follow the standard instructions for creating an instance, as described in Creating a Nautobot Instance.

This will bring you to a confirmation dialog providing you with administrative credentials for the new Ansible AWX instance.

Warning

Make sure to copy the password and store it in a safe place. This is the only time you will be able to see it.

After finishing the creation process, you can access your new Ansible AWX instance using the provided URL and credentials!
